Please note that most of our package prices are determined by your event budget. If you desire different services other than what is listed in our package description, we will gladly create a custom package for you. We are willing to work with any budget!
Wedding Planning Package Options
Package # 1
Your wedding planner will be available for advice and guidance throughout your wedding planning process. You will be the primary decision maker. Your wedding planner will be available to you via email and telephone several times per week, when you feel that you need assistance. If wedding day coordination services are desired they must be purchased in addition to this package.
This package includes:
*Initial overview meeting, not to exceed 2 hours
*Creation of custom budget outline
*Creation of custom timeline
*List of local preferred vendors
* Assistance in making vendor decisions
*Unlimited advice and guidance
*Communication via email & telephone
* Overview of all vendor contracts
*Continuous budget management documentation
*Final vendor confirmation with all vendors
*2 additional meetings, one month and two weeks before wedding date
*Price: 10% of total wedding budget

Package # 2
Your wedding planner will assist your creation of your vision. You will be responsible for most decision making, leaving only slight decision making responsibility to the wedding planner. Your wedding planner will be available to you during most waking hours for consulting. If wedding day coordination services are desired they must be purchased in addition to this package.
This package includes: Everything listed in package # 1, plus:
*Guidance with selection of bridal gown, bridesmaids dresses, groomsmen attire & accessories
*Research and assistance in selection of ceremony and reception sites
*Up to 5 hours of research on chosen topic(s) such as theme ideas, gift ideas, signatures, etc.
*Assistance with selection of invitations, favors, decorations, music and other accessories
*Periodic communication with chosen vendors to relay changes, updates and preferences
*Walk through of ceremony and reception sites to evaluate locations and prepare details
*Monthly meetings to overview planning progress and assess priorities
*Planning, attendance and coordination of rehearsal
*Price: 13% of total wedding budget

Package # 3
Your wedding planner will use your guidelines to create your vision. The wedding planner will be responsible for a large amount of decision making and will consult with you on a regular basis to ensure your approval. Your wedding planner will be available to you during all waking hours for consulting. Routine meetings and phone conversations will keep you constantly up to date on wedding planning progress. This package includes wedding day coordination services.
This package includes: Everything listed in package # 1 and package # 2, plus:
*Assistance with invitation production, follow-up correspondence, and R.S.V.P. documentation
*Constant assistance with selection of accessories to complement your wedding theme
*Assistance with selection, purchase and preparation of bridal party gifts
*Communication with all bridal party members to assure wedding attire fittings are attended
*Hotel arrangements and confirmation for all out of town guests
*Assistance with seating arrangements for guests at the reception
*Review rules and restrictions for ceremony and reception sites
*Unlimited communication via email, telephone & fax to update and review progress
*All services included in “Day Of” wedding day coordination package
*Price: 16% of total wedding budget

Wedding Day Coordination Services
Above all else, it is most important that you enjoy your wedding day. With Picture Perfect Planning’s “Day Of” Coordination Services, we will see to it that you are not bothered with time keeping, vendor service details or any other of the many worrisome elements that may take your attention away from your special day. We will assure that everything goes smoothly and as planned. Let us make your wedding day Picture Perfect!
What We Will Do:
• Coordinate wedding rehearsal (for no more than 3 hours)
• Assure that ceremony and reception sites have been set up accordingly and will assist with any last minute set up, if necessary
• Provide custom wedding day itinerary and “Check List” to bride, groom, wedding party and all parties with task responsibilities
• Keep track of pre-wedding time keeping to assure everyone is ready on time
• Assist in running last minute errands, if necessary
• Assist bride, groom and bridal party with getting ready
• Coordinate wedding ceremony
• Operate as liaison for bride and groom to wedding party, family members, vendors and guests
• Organize bridal party for introduction into reception
• Coordinate reception
• Assure that all reception site rules and regulations are being honored
• Handle any last minute emergencies appropriately
• Distribute final vendor payments
• Line up guests and distribute “farewell items” for couple’s grand exit
* If you use Picture Perfect Planning’s “Day Of” services without additional wedding planning packages, in addition to all listed above, we will also:
• Hold initial conference with couple to receive wedding details
• Contact all vendors 24 hours before wedding date for final confirmation

Shower & Party Planning Package Options
Engagement Party
What We Will Do:
• Provide an appropriate budget allocation
• Research location possibilities for the engagement party and provide a final comparison listing pros. and cons. for those locations
• Provide contact information for recommended vendors, if applicable
• Assist in selecting, composing, addressing and mailing invitations
• Aid in selection and preparation of theme, menu, music and décor
• Assist bride and groom with creation of gift registries
• Keep complete record of all RSVP’s and provide final head count to vendors, if applicable
Pricing:
• $100 or less total budget- 40% of budget
• $200 to $299 budget- 30% of budget
• $300 to $399 budget- 25% of budget
• $400 to $499 budget- 20% of budget
• Over $499 budget- 15% of budget
